Brian Mullally has always loved writing; he won his first award in an interschool contest at the age of nine. He is the author of four novels, several television scripts and the recipient of numerous awards for his short stories. He is obliged to keep a constant watch on his writing in order to prevent characters from his real life smuggling themselves into his work.
After surviving the London Blitz, he ran away from home when he was fifteen and spent his early years flying around the world with British Airways and the R A F. He began a new life in Canada, first as a labourer, then a construction worker, transport driver, insurance salesman, sales supervisor for an oil company, and finally a real estate broker. He currently lives on the north shore of Lake Ontario, and shares his days with his artist wife.
